Attention to detail is my number one priority. And this begins at your initial inquiry. During our consultation via phone or video call, I will take very detailed notes about everything we discussed in our meeting! Why? Because I want to remember long term what was important to you during the initial phase of wedding planning! I want to customize a package to fit your specific needs.
Then on wedding day, you will not be short on detail shots! I have my second shooters prioritize details while I focus on capturing just about everything else.
Submit an inquiry to schedule a video call where we’ll chat through your vision and walk through everything you need to know. I’ll send over my bridal guide, including FAQs, package details, and starting investment info.
After our call, I’ll send a customized quote based on everything we discussed. Once you approve it, you’ll secure your date with a signed contract and paid retainer.
We’ll choose a date and start planning your engagement session. I’ll send a guide with tips on what to wear, location ideas, and best lighting times. We’ll also create a shared Pinterest board so I can suggest locations that match your style and vibe.
We’ll schedule your bridal portraits and coordinate your hair and makeup trial for the same day. About 1–2 weeks before the wedding, we’ll hop on a final timeline call and go over any last details—plus pack a “Sarah Box” with all your flat lay items.
On wedding day, I’ll arrive 15–30 minutes early to check in, get set up, and scout the venue. Sneak peeks will be delivered within a week, and your full edited gallery will be ready within 8–12 weeks—though I always aim for closer to 8.
Just speaking with her the first time, we loved her instantly and she immediately understood what our vision was. On the day of our wedding, she was fun, energetic, kind, and we never stopped laughing. I catch myself constantly looking at our wedding photos, in complete awe."
